Before your first coaching session, you will complete a DISC Personality Assessment ($250).

This powerful tool helps you:

Your personalized DISC report serves as a foundation for your coaching journey, helping us tailor every session to your unique wiring.



What is the A.O.O.A. Framework?

A.O.O.A. stands for:
  • Agenda: We begin each session by setting your goal. What matters most to you right now?
  • Outcome: Together, we define what success looks like by the end of the session.
  • Obstacles: We surface what’s standing in your way; fear, indecision, distractions, doubt.
  • Action: You leave with a clear next step and momentum to move forward with confidence.
This framework keeps you in the driver’s seat, while giving you a wise guide to challenge, support, and equip you for sustainable success.
